We loved staying here. The location was ideal, close to shopping, local grocery stores, the farmers' market, and a short walk to the University of Michigan campus. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at this property and really loved it. It’s a great location and a very neat use of an old house. The finishes are modern for an old house and Nina was wonderful to work with. Only complaint was that it was hot in the unit because the heat needs to run to warm the unit upstairs but we made it work. Great property, highly recommend!

Nina was a lovely hostess to us and her place is very clean, comfortable and well appointed with soaps, towels, coffee, tea, everything you need. I'd say the only drawback was the street noise, but Nina has bowls of ear plugs to make up for it. It's located in a very convenient location with restaurants, a market and shops across the street.
