The space
Old 1850's to 60’s house was renovated in the late 70's and again updated in 2015. We have a large backyard with perennials, bench, chairs and a BBQ grill. You will park right outside the door. This 3 BR duplex house has 1 queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (4 beds) for a total of 5 beds. We are in walking distance to everything in downtown. If you go 5 blocks in any direction you are on the edges of downtown. You are one block to State Street where the University of Michigan begins.

Everything is in walking distance in downtown (5 blocks in any direction).
Other things to note
We also have a guesthouse (2 BR) upstairs which we call THE ARTIST'S LOFT. It has a separate entrance from the front of the house. Large groups can book the entire house!

Weekdays: 1 night minimum Weekends: 2 night minimum
Event rates for Art Fair, holidays (3 day max event rate chg) and U of M events such as Graduation, Parents week, sporting events incur an additional charge of $35 per person per night over 4 people. Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Over 4 persons, there is a $35 per day charge for each person, up to 8. Please ask for a quote to determine your rate. We refund your deposit up to 30 days prior to your stay. Stays less than 30 days and up to 60 days prior for stays over one month.
Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.
